Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Render Labourers. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a manual work environment and are looking for high pay for their effort and commitment. As a Render Labourer, you will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces and applying rendering materials to various construction projects. No prior experience in rendering is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for rendering, including cleaning, patching, and applying primers.
- Mix and prepare rendering materials according to specifications.
- Apply rendering materials to walls and other surfaces using various tools.
- Assist skilled renderers and other team members as needed.
- Transport materials and equipment around the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength for manual tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to safety protocols on construction sites.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (can be obtained on the job).
