Job Description
Are you someone who loves being active and working outdoors? Sparkle Clean Car Wash is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Car Wash Team Members to join our bustling Geelong location. This is a high-energy role perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, working as part of a team, and providing top-notch service to our customers. No prior experience in car washing is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. If you’re reliable, customer-focused, and ready to get hands-on, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Guide vehicles safely and efficiently into the wash tunnel.
- Apply pre-wash treatments and perform exterior cleaning tasks as required.
- Ensure customer vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and dried to high standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the car wash facility.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting with inquiries and purchases.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently after receiving full training.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures.
