Job Description

Join the dedicated team at Mantra on Salt Beach, Kingscliff (a short 30-minute drive from Ballina, NSW) as a Casual Room Attendant for day shifts. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals with a keen eye for detail to ensure our guest rooms are immaculate and inviting. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Replace used towels and linens with fresh ones, and make beds neatly.
  • Restock room amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and tea supplies.
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
  • Handle guest requests and queries politely and efficiently, when required.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms within specified timeframes.
