Job Description

Costa Coffee is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Coffee Shop Team Member in Wolverhampton City Centre. If you have a passion for people and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! We provide full training, so no prior experience is necessary.

As a Coffee Shop Team Member, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting perfect beverages. You’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great coffee experience. This role offers flexible shifts to suit various availabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers warmly and taking accurate orders.
  • Preparing a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies, following Costa's recipes and standards.
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, including workstations, seating areas, and restrooms.
  • Restocking display units and ensuring product availability.
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
  • Upholding all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
