Job Description

The Liverpool Marriott Hotel City Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Concierge Offsider. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are keen to learn and grow. You will work alongside our experienced concierge team, assisting with various tasks to ensure our guests receive an unparalleled experience. Full training will be provided to help you master the intricacies of luxury hotel operations and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Concierge team with luggage handling, storage, and retrieval for guests.
  • Support guests with general inquiries, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and concierge desk area.
  • Run errands for the concierge, ensuring efficient flow of guest services.
  • Learn and adhere to all hotel brand standards and service protocols.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all hotel facilities and offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and colleagues.
  • Safely and efficiently manage guest luggage and parcels, including delivery to rooms.
