Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Filing Clerk to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an individual eager to start their career in a professional legal environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our compliance records, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, organized, and easily retrievable. No prior experience in compliance or legal filing is required; we are committed to providing comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately file and organize a variety of corporate compliance documents, both physical and digital.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain compliance databases and tracking systems.
- Assist with scanning, indexing, and archiving documents for long-term storage.
- Conduct regular audits of filing systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Retrieve requested documents promptly and efficiently for internal teams.
