Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety, security, and welfare of offenders and staff within the facility.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of correctional facilities.
- Supervise offender activities, ensuring adherence to facility rules and procedures.
- Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed records of daily activities and incidents.
- Facilitate offender programs and activities as required.
- Conduct searches and ensure contraband control.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve operational objectives.

- No prior experience in corrections is required – full training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Experience in customer service or other roles requiring interaction with diverse groups.
- Demonstrated physical fitness and ability to pass a medical assessment.
- A valid Western Australian Driver's License.
