Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join our passionate team at Charnwood CrossFit. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, has a positive attitude, and is eager to support the smooth running of a busy fitness environment. You will be the first point of contact for our members, managing inquiries, assisting with registrations, and ensuring our facility operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Assist new members with registration, membership inquiries, and facility tours.
- Process membership payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate member records.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory sessions and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk area and common spaces.
- Support coaches and management with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (even volunteer).
