Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Reading. Key Responsibilities

- Support senior analysts in conducting preliminary data analysis and identifying trends or patterns.
- Create simple reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings clearly.
- Help maintain data documentation and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver timely results.
- Continuously learn and apply new data analysis techniques and tools under guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
