Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Part-time Customer Service Officer. This role offers a consistent afternoon roster, ensuring you have your mornings free and absolutely no weekend work. You will be the friendly voice of Woolworths Group, assisting our customers with a variety of inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for those new to customer service or looking for a stable part-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and organised records of all customer interactions.
