Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Day Shift Site Hands for casual work in Port Augusta. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain practical experience in an industrial setting. As a Site Hand, you will be integral to the smooth operation of various on-site projects, providing essential support and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general site clean-up and maintenance tasks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required (training provided).
- Support skilled tradespeople and operators with their daily tasks.
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
- Adhere to all site safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform manual labour duties as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Report any hazards or incidents promptly to supervision.
Required Skills

- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Reliable and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring or industrial role (not essential, but valued).
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
