Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a creative eye and a knack for making things look great? White Plains Motors is looking for an enthusiastic Dealership Balloon & Banner Installer to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a good work ethic, and wants to contribute to making our dealership lot visually appealing and inviting for customers. No prior experience is required; we provide full training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively install and remove balloons, banners, flags, and other promotional signage around the dealership lot.
- Ensure all promotional materials are correctly positioned, secure, and visually appealing.
- Regularly inspect and maintain balloons and banners, replacing damaged or deflated items as needed.
- Assist with seasonal decorations and special event setups.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and storage for promotional materials.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures during installation and removal tasks.
- Perform light maintenance tasks on promotional equipment as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for moving around the lot).
