Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial dishwashers to clean kitchenware, utensils, and serving dishes efficiently.
  • Manually wash oversized pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure all washed items are properly air-dried or dried by hand and stored correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and shelves.
  • Assist with basic kitchen cleanup duties as required, such as sweeping and mopping.
  • Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated areas.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
  • Support kitchen staff with various tasks to maintain a clean and operational kitchen environment.

Required Skills
