Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our fast-growing online team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional support and service to our customers through live chat, assisting with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless online shopping journey. You will be instrumental in maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to our brand’s success in the digital space. This position requires an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers via live chat channels.
- Assist customers with detailed product information, features, and recommendations.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and general e-commerce support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog, promotions, and company policies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of chat response templates and FAQs.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a clear, concise, and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, retail, or e-commerce role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms.
