Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic E-commerce Personalization Engraver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced laser engraving machines to personalize a wide range of luxury products ordered through our e-commerce platform. This is a crucial position that directly contributes to delivering unique, high-quality bespoke items to our customers, upholding Harrods’ reputation for excellence and attention to detail. Full training on specific machinery and software will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laser engraving machinery for various materials (e.g., metal, leather, wood, glass).
- Accurately interpret and execute personalization requests from e-commerce orders, ensuring correct spelling, font, and placement.
- Perform quality checks on all engraved items to meet Harrods' high standards before dispatch.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report complex problems to maintenance.
- Manage and organize workflow to ensure timely completion of personalization orders.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management of personalization supplies and materials.
