Job Description

You will be the face of RBC, providing exceptional service to our clients, processing transactions accurately, and helping them with their everyday banking needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and bill payments.
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Identify client needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists when necessary.
- Educate clients on RBC's digital banking solutions and self-service options.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of RBC products, services, and policies.
- Adhere to all security and compliance procedures to protect clients and the bank.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance client experience.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding customer service.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Familiarity with financial services or products.
- Second language proficiency (an asset but not required).
