Job Description
Are you looking for a fun, engaging, and unique part-time job in Calgary? The Locked Room is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Escape Room Reset Attendant. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide full training! Your main role will be to meticulously reset our game rooms after each group, ensuring every puzzle, prop, and clue is exactly where it needs to be for the next adventurers. If you love puzzles, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy a dynamic work environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly reset escape rooms according to detailed instructions and diagrams after each game session.
- Ensure all props, puzzles, and clues are in their correct starting positions and working order.
- Perform basic maintenance and report any damaged or missing items immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the game rooms and common areas.
- Assist with guest check-ins and provide excellent customer service as needed.
- Monitor games in progress and provide hints when requested by Game Masters.
- Collaborate with Game Masters and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
