Job Description

Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and love live music? Atlantic Concert Services is seeking a Concert Merchandise Counter Helper to join our dynamic team for upcoming events in Marystown. In this fast-paced role, you will be crucial in ensuring the efficient sale and management of artist merchandise, from accurate stock counting to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of merchandise displays and sales areas before and after events.
  • Accurately count incoming and outgoing merchandise stock, ensuring inventory records are correct.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling both cash and card payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales counter throughout the event.
  • Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful customer service to concert-goers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and event staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, venue regulations, and cash handling procedures.

  • Exceptional attention to detail for precise stock counting and financial transactions.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) as needed for merchandise setup.
