Job Description
Are you a highly skilled and dedicated competitive gamer with a burning desire to reach the pinnacle of esports? Northern Lions Esports is seeking an exceptional Esports Player to join our professional roster. This is an intensive, full-time role requiring unwavering commitment, strategic prowess, and the ability to perform under pressure. You will train rigorously with your team, analyze gameplay, develop winning strategies, and compete in major national and international tournaments. We are looking for individuals who embody discipline, teamwork, and an insatiable hunger for victory.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in daily intensive training and practice sessions, individually and as part of a team.
- Actively participate in VOD reviews, strategy development, and performance analysis sessions.
- Compete at the highest level in online leagues, national tournaments, and international events.
- Maintain peak physical and mental fitness through dedicated wellness programs.
- Represent Northern Lions Esports with professionalism and integrity at all times, including media appearances and fan interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with coaches, analysts, and teammates to foster a high-performance environment.
- Contribute to content creation and community engagement efforts, such as streaming or social media presence.
Required Skills
- Exceptional in-game mechanical skill and game sense in a major competitive esports title.
- Deep understanding of current game meta, strategies, and counter-strategies.
- Proven ability to perform under high-pressure competitive environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both in-game and out-of-game.
- High level of discipline, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
- Minimum of 2 years of competitive esports experience with a demonstrated track record.
- Strong analytical skills for self-improvement and team strategy.

- Prior experience competing at a semi-professional or professional level in recognized leagues or tournaments.
