Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Exhibition Hostesses to join our team for various high-profile professional events held at the Mercure Bunbury Dolphin Resort. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and organized environment for attendees, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome event attendees upon arrival.
- Provide directions and essential information about the exhibition layout, schedule, and facilities.
- Assist with registration processes and distribute event materials.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the resort's high standards.
- Anticipate and respond to attendee inquiries and needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with event organizers and resort staff to ensure smooth event operations.
