Job Description

No prior experience in care is necessary as we provide comprehensive, fully paid training to ensure you are confident and competent in your role. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication prompting and management as per care plans.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Support clients with mobility, using mobility aids safely.
- Perform light household tasks and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
- Accurately record and report on client's well-being and any changes.
- Follow individual care plans diligently and adhere to company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our office team.
- Promote independence and respect the dignity and privacy of all clients.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles.
- An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).
