Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with their orders, providing excellent customer service.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision.
- Prepare and assemble simple food items and beverages, adhering to Shake Shack's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
