Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Filing & Post Room Clerk to join our busy Bristol office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a professional services environment. No prior experience is necessary as full comprehensive training will be provided. The successful candidate will be a vital part of our operational support team, ensuring the smooth flow of documents and mail within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, franking, and courier liaison.
  • Handle internal mail distribution to various departments and individuals.
  • Perform accurate filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the post room and filing areas.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and binding tasks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the wider team.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Order and manage stationery supplies for the office.
