Job Description
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic and reliable General Labourers to join our construction teams across Southampton. This is an immediate start position with competitive hourly rates for dedicated individuals. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in your role. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on site.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and site rules.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Support site supervisors with ad-hoc duties as required.
