Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically capable Heavy Lift Labourers to join our ongoing projects in the Lismore region. This role involves manual handling, heavy lifting, and providing essential support to various construction and infrastructure sites. Key Responsibilities
- Safely perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials and equipment as required on site.
- Assist skilled tradespersons and project teams with various tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including site clean-up and waste removal.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team.

- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) essential for all construction sites in Australia.
- Previous experience in a labouring or similar physical role.
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
- First Aid certification (desirable).
