Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of high-rise window washing techniques and safety protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and industry regulations for working at heights.
- Operate and maintain specialized window cleaning equipment, including scaffolding, ropes, and lifts, under supervision.
- Clean windows and exterior surfaces of high-rise buildings to a professional standard.
- Perform daily checks on all safety equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and safety concerns.
- Represent Mitie professionally and courteously to clients and the public.
Required Skills
- No prior experience in window washing or working at heights is required – full training provided.
- A strong commitment to safety and adherence to strict safety guidelines.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to work comfortably at heights.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.

Preferred Qualifications
