Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Hot Dog Cart Restocker to join our operations in Corpus Christi. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring our street vendors’ hot dog carts are fully stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with inventory, including hot dogs, buns, condiments, beverages, and other supplies.
- Efficiently restock hot dog carts at various designated locations throughout Corpus Christi.
- Perform inventory checks and accurately record stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with street vendors to understand their supply needs and anticipate future requirements.
- Ensure all products are handled and stored according to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the supply warehouse and delivery vehicle.
- Report any discrepancies, product damage, or equipment issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (company vehicle provided for routes).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with Corpus Christi streets and neighborhoods.
- Previous experience in a logistics, delivery, or food service environment (even if not directly related to stocking).
- Passion for supporting local businesses and the food community.
