Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds and change linens.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Replenish guest room supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.).
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests as needed, responding to requests promptly and politely.

- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
