Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced technicians looking for a new challenge in a vibrant city. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions in HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure longevity and efficiency.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all service and repair work performed.
- Educate customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent working condition.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and their functions.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification (e.g., EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification).
- Associate’s degree or vocational training in HVAC.
- Experience with smart home systems and HVAC automation.
- Prior experience working with diverse HVAC brands and models.
