Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage a high volume of client applications, forms, and supporting documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to general inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and the public via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information or redirecting as necessary.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Schedule appointments and interviews for clients, coordinating with various internal departments.
- Assist with data entry into various departmental systems and databases.
- Prepare routine correspondence and reports under guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all operational targets and service standards are met.
- Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and security protocols.
