Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Industrial Cleaner to join our night shift team in Stirchley, Telford. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our industrial facility, contributing to a safe, organised, and productive work environment. This position offers premium pay for night shift work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general industrial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste removal across various areas of the facility.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, machinery, equipment, and common areas such as restrooms and break rooms.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, following all provided training and safety protocols.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to company cleanliness schedules and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisory team promptly.
- Manage cleaning supplies efficiently, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
- Work effectively and cooperatively within a team environment to achieve collective cleaning goals.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Required Skills
- No prior industrial cleaning experience is required; full comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to reliably work night shifts as scheduled.
