Job Description

ABM Industries is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as High-Rise Window Washer Trainees in Dallas. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required. We provide all necessary safety gear, state-of-the-art equipment, and extensive on-the-job training from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all required safety training and equipment operation courses.
- Learn and adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, especially those related to working at heights.
- Assist experienced window washers in cleaning the exterior windows of high-rise buildings.
- Prepare work sites by setting up safety equipment, scaffolding, and rigging as instructed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Perform duties efficiently and effectively under supervision.
- Communicate any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and safe team working environment.
- Adhere to scheduled work times and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
