Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Information Processing Clerk to join our public sector team in Goulburn. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday and is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of vital government information. You will be responsible for handling a variety of data, documents, and records, ensuring all information is processed efficiently and in compliance with public sector guidelines and confidentiality protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into various government systems and databases.
- Manage, organise, and maintain physical and digital documents and records.
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Assist with the retrieval of information as requested by internal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to privacy, confidentiality, and data security policies.
- Prepare and format reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
- Support team members with general administrative tasks.
