Job Description

QT Wollongong is seeking an enthusiastic Lobby Greeter to join our dynamic team for casual day shifts in our stunning 5-star environment. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to embark on a career in luxury hospitality, as no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training! As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for our guests’ stay, ensuring they feel immediately welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting all guests, visitors, and colleagues upon arrival and departure.
- Opening doors for guests and assisting with initial inquiries or directions.
- Anticipating guest needs and offering proactive assistance to enhance their experience.
- Maintaining a pristine and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Providing general information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions in Wollongong.
- Directing guests to relevant departments or team members for specific requests (e.g., Concierge, Front Desk).
- Assisting with the management of guest traffic flow during peak hours.
- Embodying the QT brand's unique style and commitment to guest satisfaction.
