Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Locksmith Operations Lead to oversee and optimize our auto and commercial locksmith services in the Leamington Spa area and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in both automotive and commercial locksmithing, coupled with strong leadership and operational management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, managing a team of skilled locksmiths, and contributing to the strategic growth of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of automotive and commercial locksmith technicians.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and dispatching of locksmith services to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and parts for locksmith operations.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex locksmith issues.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve service-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development for the locksmith team.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the locksmith division.
