Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Marketing Analyst to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, ad platforms).
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Assist in the development and tracking of KPIs for digital marketing initiatives.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and optimization efforts.
- Support senior analysts and marketing managers with ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses.
- Contribute to A/B testing efforts by analyzing results and suggesting improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new analytical tools and techniques.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)
