Job Description
We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Shift Assistants for our Littlehaven store. This part-time role involves working during night hours to ensure our store is ready for the next day’s trading. You will play a crucial role in restocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with various operational tasks. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock shelves with new merchandise according to planograms and store standards.
- Ensure aisles are clear and safe for colleagues and customers.
- Assist with the delivery and organization of stock in the backroom.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
- Support other team members with various operational tasks as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and store policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively during night hours.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment (not essential, full training provided).
