Join our dedicated team as an Online Order Picker and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their groceries accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer online orders from various departments within the store.
- Ensure all products selected meet quality and freshness standards.
- Navigate the store efficiently to locate items and maintain a fast pace.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking targets.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a tidy and organised work area.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic computer literacy for order management systems (training provided).
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 15kg comfortably.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be 18 years or older.
