Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Online Support Officer. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required, as comprehensive, full training will be provided. You will be responsible for assisting our customers with their inquiries and technical support needs primarily through online channels during afternoon shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via live chat, email, and other online platforms.
- Troubleshoot common issues and guide customers through solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and privacy protocols.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
