Job Description

Are you a budding creative with a passion for design, content, and innovative ideas? Spark Communications Group is seeking a enthusiastic and driven Paid Creative Intern to join our vibrant team in Gosford. This is a unique opportunity for an entry-level individual to gain hands-on experience across multiple creative disciplines, build a robust industry-focused portfolio, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. You’ll work on real client projects, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the creative process within a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the creative team in developing concepts, visual assets, and content for various client projects.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions.
• Support the design and production of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, presentations, and print collateral.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative tools.
• Help prepare project briefs, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Organize and maintain creative assets and project files.
• Learn and apply new design software and techniques under supervision.
• Contribute to internal creative initiatives and agency self-promotion.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated passion for creativity, design, and marketing.
• Basic understanding of design principles and visual communication.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
