Job Description

Commonwealth Bank of Australia is offering a unique Paid Finance Intern position within our Corporate Accounting Support team in Burnie, Tasmania. This entry-level internship provides an invaluable opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience in financial operations, support, and reporting within a major financial institution. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn critical accounting processes, and contribute to the daily financial accuracy and integrity of our operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the corporate accounting team with daily financial tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
- Support the reconciliation of various accounts and financial statements.
- Help prepare routine financial reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of financial documentation.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments to support the finance department.
- Learn and apply internal accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills
