Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pilates Equipment Cleaner / Reset Attendant to join our Bodytech team in Medellín. This part-time, shift-based role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of our Pilates studio and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring all reformers, cadillacs, chairs, barrels, and small props are meticulously cleaned and reset between client sessions and at the end of shifts, providing a premium experience for our members. This position requires a reliable individual who is committed to upholding our high standards of hygiene and studio presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all Pilates equipment (reformers, cadillacs, chairs, barrels, etc.) using approved cleaning solutions after each use and as scheduled.
- Reset equipment to its default position for the next client or session.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio floor, mirrors, and common areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies, towels, and other studio necessities as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, damage, or low supply levels to management promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines established by Bodytech.
- Assist with minor studio setup and breakdown tasks as required by shift schedules.
- Work collaboratively with instructors and other staff to ensure a smooth operation.
- Be punctual and reliable for all assigned shifts.
Required Skills

- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment as needed for cleaning tasks.

- Proficiency in Spanish language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role, particularly within a fitness or wellness environment.
- Familiarity with Pilates equipment (training will be provided).
