Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Private Car Groomers for weekend day shifts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves making cars look their best and is eager to learn the art of professional vehicle detailing. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll provide comprehensive training to the right candidates who possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the high energy needed to excel in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for transforming vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of various vehicle types.
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle surfaces with precision and care.
- Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including carpets, mats, and upholstery.
- Clean and condition leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces.
- Detail wheels, tires, and wheel wells.
- Clean windows and mirrors to a streak-free finish.
- Apply protective coatings and sealants as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use equipment properly.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
Required Skills
- High level of energy and physical stamina for a demanding role.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new techniques quickly.
- Excellent work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of car care (e.g., how to wash a car) is a plus, but not essential.
- Valid Australian driver's license preferred.
