Job Description

Are you meticulous, organized, and possess a keen eye for detail? Knight Frank is seeking a dedicated Property Viewer to join our dynamic team in Plymouth. This entry-level role is perfect for an individual looking to start their career in the property sector. You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, documenting their condition, and preparing comprehensive reports to support our sales and lettings teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough and accurate property inspections across residential properties.
  • Take high-quality photographs and detailed notes on property condition, features, and potential issues.
  • Prepare clear and concise inspection reports in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Liaise effectively with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to schedule visits and communicate findings.
  • Manage and organize your viewing schedule efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all property visits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Knight Frank professionally at all times.

  • Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
