Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic PropTech Marketing Intern to join our innovative Real Estate Tech team in Calgary. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting intersection of real estate and technology. You will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for our PropTech initiatives, helping us communicate the value of our technological advancements to clients and stakeholders. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about marketing, technology, and real estate, looking to kickstart their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment. No prior professional experience in PropTech is required; we are looking for eager learners ready to contribute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of marketing content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, presentations) for various PropTech solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify PropTech trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and webinars related to our technology offerings.
  • Help manage and update digital marketing channels, including company websites and social media profiles.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to understand product features and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data and assist in preparing reports.
  • Support internal communications regarding PropTech advancements to various departments.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and strategies.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, content marketing).
  • High level of enthusiasm, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools or CRM software.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Demonstrated interest in real estate and/or technology (PropTech).
  • Experience managing social media accounts for an organization or project.
