Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart a career in CRM administration? IBM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote CRM Administrator Trainee to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience in CRM to learn Salesforce and HubSpot from the ground up, with full training provided. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing operations by ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our CRM systems. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in comprehensive training programs focused on Salesforce and HubSpot administration.
  • Assist with basic CRM data entry, data cleaning, and data integrity tasks.
  • Support the configuration and customization of CRM platforms under supervision.
  • Help create and maintain user accounts, roles, and profiles within Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Provide front-line support to CRM users, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Document CRM processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their CRM needs and contribute to solutions.
  • Stay updated on new features and best practices for Salesforce and HubSpot.

Required Skills
