Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all training modules for Salesforce and HubSpot administration.

  • Support the creation of basic reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators to troubleshoot minor CRM-related issues.
  • Document processes and procedures as learned, contributing to knowledge base articles.

  • Stay updated on CRM best practices and new features through continuous learning.
