Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable Civil Construction Labourers to join our dynamic team in Fremantle. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople and machine operators on various civil construction sites.
- Perform manual labour tasks including digging, trenching, shovelling, and lifting.
- Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all WHS policies and procedures.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of work sites.
- Participate in on-the-job machine training to develop new skills.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Commitment to safety practices.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (desirable, but not mandatory as training will be provided).
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one.

- Previous experience in a construction or manual labour role.
- Current Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
- First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of basic civil construction practices.
