Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Financial Assistant to join our growing finance team. As a Remote Financial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department’s daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial records. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding financial inquiries.
  • Support the senior finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
