Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual looking to kickstart your career in SaaS sales? Salesforce is seeking an ambitious Remote SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our sales cycle, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social outreach) to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Salesforce's SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to align on strategies and share market insights.
  • Continuously learn about Salesforce products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in previous roles (sales, customer service, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SaaS and B2B sales concepts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and ecosystem.
